- 1cup Fresh Strawberries
- 1 Medium Banana
- 1 cup skim milk (You can use 1 cup Greek yogurt, non-fat)
- 1⁄4cup Splenda sugar substitute/Honey (Optional)
- 6 -8ice cubes
